Description:
Fragment of necklace consisting of pendant and short portion of the cord. Zulu bead work were worn by both men and women; the colors of the beads have a meaning and the beads tell a story about a person. Red means anger, black means death, pink means an emphasis on a promise, and white doesn't mean anything in this bead work.
