Provenance of Object:
Decorah, Iowa. Large wooden board painted in English, Hmong, Vietnamese, and Tai Dam languages. Sign was located outside office in Decorah. Good Shepherd Lutheran Church provided space for the organization to operate.

1979-1980, Decorah newspaper article from September 2, 1980 features the Director, Kao Vang standing in front of the sign. Sign was hand painted by David Kamm.
