This pandau is handmade from the early 1980s. It features a Hmong lady in traditional Hmong Lao clothing attire. There is also a flower and a blue bird cross stitched onto the yellow aida cloth. The backing is a larges print fabric which could mean that the cross stitching was done in the late 1970s and the panel was framed, bound, and backed by someone else a little later.
