A loose note was found near this object, and identified to come from this object by the donor. The note, on lined paper with two pieces of tape affixed to it reads (spelling errors preserved):
"This is From Lo Ly
to Colinda I miss you a lot so I send this thing(s?) to you and happy new year for you. have a good marrie Chrismass"
in blue pen. It is hard to tell if "thing" is plural or not.
